If you folks are anything like me you never know when to SPLIT STEP? I know my tennis coach is always saying, "Garth you ran through that shot" or I got caught in "No Man's Land" (or maybe to be more politically correct "No Person's Land" [Ha!]. Maybe if you struggle with some of the same issues I struggle with this video may help. I hope so anyway.
